When adopting a declarative, goal-based programming language, developers reasonably ask: "Is Ved guaranteed to actually achieve my system goals?"

The answer requires distinguishing between what a software runtime can mathematically guarantee within its own borders, and the physical reality of the external world.

What Ved CANNOT Guarantee

No programming language can bend physical reality.

Ved cannot guarantee real-world convergence success. If your code declares target server_count == 100, but your AWS account has a hard limit of 50 servers, or your corporate credit card declines, the external system will permanently reject the scaling API call.

The software cannot manifest cloud compute out of thin air. Real-world convergence safety is fundamentally a shared responsibility between the execution engine and the physical constraints of your infrastructure.

What Ved DOES Guarantee

While Ved cannot control the outside world, it provides absolute execution-layer guarantees. If you write the correct reconciliation logic, the Ved runtime promises the following invariants:

1. Deterministic Execution Ordering

If an external API call fails, the response will be logged, and the subsequent "failover" transition will be executed in a globally reproducible, mathematically predictable order based on priority.

2. Guaranteed Reconciliation Opportunities

You will never suffer from "silent thread death." If an external database crashes, and your application's memory drops the connection state, Ved guarantees that the control loop will automatically generate a new scheduling opportunity to re-run your healing transitions until stability is achieved.

3. Replayable Evolution Paths (Crash Resilience)

If the physical machine hosting the Ved Runtime loses power while attempting to heal your system, the progress is not lost. Ved guarantees that upon boot on a new machine, execution will seamlessly resume from the last completed deterministic slice. Your system will continue pushing toward its goals without human intervention.
